Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") apply to all orders placed on the Yollie MC Designs website (hereinafter "the Website"), operated by Yolanda RODRIGUEZ, 93 avenue Cernuschi, 06500 Menton, France.

By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and unconditionally accept these T&Cs.

2. Products

The products available for sale are those described on the Website. Yollie MC Designs takes the utmost care in the presentation and description of its products to provide the most accurate information to the customer. However, errors or omissions may occur; Yollie MC Designs cannot be held liable for any obvious mistakes.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping fees. Shipping costs are specified during the order process, before final confirmation.

International Orders: Prices do not include customs duties or local taxes that may apply in the country of delivery. These charges are the customer's sole responsibility.

4. Ordering Process

Placing an order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs by the customer.

A confirmation email will be sent to the customer after payment has been successfully completed.

5. Payment

Payment can be made using the following methods:

Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
PayPal

Payments are secured through encryption protocols compliant with current standards. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

6. Shipping

Shipping zones: Worldwide delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. As a general guide:

France: 2 to 5 business days
Europe: 3 to 8 business days
International: 5 to 20 business days

Please note: These timeframes are those provided by the shipping carriers. Additional time is required for order processing and packaging. Delivery times are not guaranteed, especially in cases of force majeure or carrier-related delays.

Shipping fees:

Calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination and parcel weight.

Customs and import duties:

The customer is responsible for any applicable customs fees and import procedures. No refunds will be issued in the event of customs refusal or package blockage.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), the customer has 14 days from the date of receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay penalties.

The customer must notify their decision via email to yolliedesignmc@gmail.com, and return the products at their own expense in their original condition and complete (including packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made, perishable, or sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

8. Returns and Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, Yollie MC Designs will process the refund within 14 days (excluding shipping fees). The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

9. Warranty and Liability

Products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

In the case of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer may request a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Yollie MC Designs or its partners. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal Data

Yollie MC Designs is committed to respecting the confidentiality of the personal data provided by the customer. Information collected is used solely for order processing and management.

12. Disputes and Applicable Law

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If no agreement can be reached, jurisdiction is granted to the competent French courts.

For customers residing outside the European Union, any dispute will be settled under French law, subject to any mandatory legal provisions in the customer's country of residence.
